A valid COVID certificate (Johnson & Johnson, Moderna and Pfizer vaccines as well as recovery certificate, PCR and antigenic tests) is now mandatory to access bars, restaurants (except for the terraces), spa, fitness and other public areas of the hotel. If you do not have this certificate, the room service will be the only option for you to dine from breakfast to dinner.
Regarding the Covid Certificate, we kindly inform you that only European / Schengen area certificate are valid.

We would like to draw your attention to the existing travel restrictions which have been set by the Swiss Confederation.
Indeed travelers from areas considered to be at risk are required to report to the Swiss authorities and to place themselves in quarantine for 10 days. You will find the following link all official information, the list of territories concerned and the procedure to follow. We kindly ask you to let us know if you come from one of these territories so we can inform you of the quarantine health protocols.

In this context, we are committed to the hygiene protocol established by HotellerieSuisse, GastroSuisse and Switzerland’s non-hotel accommodation interest group Parahotellerie Switzerland which have developed specific measures to ensure the safety of guests when staying in accommodation in all service areas.
