Smoothie and granola bowl

Step 1: Homemade dark chocolate granola: Naturally sweet granola, rich in vegetable proteins and fibers.

  • 270g gluten-free oatmeal
  • 100g of crushed nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts ...)
  • 20g grated coconut
  • 20g chia seeds
  • 30g coconut sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 32g raw cacao
  • 60g coconut oil
  • 100ml maple syrup
  • 90g dark chocolate 70% crushed

Preheat the oven to 170C.
In a bowl, add the oatmeal, the nuts, the chia seeds, the coconut sugar, the salt and the cocoa. Mix to combine.
In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil and maple syrup over low heat; then pour into the bowl of dry ingredients.
Spread the granola on baking paper and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, you can mix the granola halfway through cooking. Let cool completely before adding the dark chocolate pieces.


Step 2: Puree of fresh fruit: variation of unlimited fruit puree, give free rein to your imagination!
