Meet Sadio

"Helping you to surpass yourself, to reach your personal goals and sometimes even beyond", this is the mission of our sports coach Sadio, who accompanies you and advises you during all your sports training sessions, whatever your level.

A former professional footballer, Sadio spent his entire career in France before a knee injury forced him to rethink his life path.

With his love of sport and effort firmly anchored in his body, he decided to turn to his second passion: physical preparation. After two years of training, and with his state diploma in hand, he began to accompany the muscular reathletisation of a number of high-level athletes in the Lyon region. After a short diversions to Canada, where he refined his knowledge in the field of physical preparation in Toronto, Sadio discovered Switzerland and decided to settle there.
