The five banquet and reception rooms at Lausanne Palace – four of which are modular and can be adapted to your needs – can take up to 300 people for a sit-down meal or 500 guests for a cocktail party. The suggestions below are designed to help you choose from our range of drinks, appetisers, cocktails, lunches, buffets and set menus. Wherever possible, we will incorporate special requests. In any case, exceptional flavours are guaranteed. In every meal, you will encounter their love of Mediterranean delicacies, fusing Italian, French and Greek cuisine.
