Château Talbot Evening

To celebrate the arrival of autumn, the Brasserie du Grand Chêne invites you to an exceptional food and wine pairing evening, held in the presence of the Bignon family, owners of Château Talbot, a Fourth Grand Cru Classé of Saint-Julien.

Enjoy a four-course dinner imagined by Chef Guillaume Soares, showcasing the richness and elegance of six emblematic wines from Château Talbot, including several outstanding vintages.
