The Lausanne Palace invites you to an exceptional gastronomic encounter at La Table du Lausanne Palace. On this special occasion, Chef Franck Pelux and Restaurant Manager Sarah Benahmed will welcome two talents from the renowned Le Meurice Alain Ducasse restaurant in Paris for a gastronomic lunch and dinner in the heart of Lausanne.

In the kitchen, Chef Amaury Bouhours, celebrated for his elegant, precise, and contemporary French cuisine, will join Franck Pelux to create an exclusive four-course menu specially designed for the occasion, celebrating the season and the excellence of the ingredients.

In the dining room, the experience will continue with the attentive service and elegance of Sarah Benahmed, while Head Sommelier Olivier Bikao will enhance each creation with a carefully selected wine pairing, with the option of food and wine matching.
