The Oyster & shellfish bar, a must-visit at the Brasserie du Grand Chêne, returns to the Lausanne Palace for the winter season.

Throughout the winter, the Chef and his brigade showcase the finest treasures from the sea with generous seafood platters made from carefully selected products. Enjoy them at the Brasserie, in its warm and welcoming atmosphere, or take them away to continue the experience at home.
