Every year, when the cold weather sets in, the Écailler bench takes up residence on the pavement outside the Brasserie du Grand Chêne. In an authentic and welcoming atmosphere, it pays homage to the tradition of the great Parisian brasseries.

Once again this year, you can prolong the pleasure at home, as the entire Écailler menu is available to take away, with oysters shucked to order, freshly prepared seafood, delicately arranged shellfish... everything you need to celebrate winter in style, wherever you are.
