The Summer Brunch

A true culinary journey awaits you at the Lausanne Palace with its summer brunch at Le Côté Jardin. Discover a selection of sweet and savoury delights, combining freshness, simplicity and high-quality ingredients.

Our varied buffets offer a generous dining experience, showcasing products carefully sourced from local producers, both small and large, with a focus on short supply chains. Matured cheeses, flavourful cold cuts, warm dishes and seasonal creations… each bite invites you to explore new flavours.

Also enjoy live cooking on the terrace of Le Côté Jardin restaurant, where dishes are prepared before your eyes in a warm and sunny atmosphere. A brunch to be savoured outdoors, for a relaxing and convivial moment celebrating the summer season.
