Conference package

With its urban and prestigious setting, Lausanne Palace makes every meeting, conference and seminar a certain success.

Our seminar offer includes:

• Rental of the plenary room, water, notepads, pencils, and mint candies.
• Technical equipment: beamer and screen or TV screen, 1 flip chart.
• Two coffee breaks per day with Nespresso coffee, AVEDA teas and herbal infusions, orange juice, water, biscuits, glasses with seasonal fruit salad, dried fruit and savory snacks (in the morning) and madeleines, macarons/canelés and a choice of tartlets (afternoon).
• Lunch options: choice between a three-course menu, one of our speaker buffets, or a 12-piece lunch cocktail. Mineral water and coffee/tea included, as well as printed menus.
• Assistance from our Banquet team throughout the event.

Day conference package: CHF 135.00 per day and person (valid from 20 people).
Half-day conference package: CHF 115.00 per day and person (valid from 20 people).
